Gulf Infrastructure Fund Announces Platform to Partner with Public Entities Across the Gulf Countries

Execution-focused platform to accelerate delivery in energy, transport, water & sanitation, and digital infrastructure, ports and airports

Gulf Infrastructure Fund (GIF) today announced its formation as a private, closed‑ended platform that partners with ministries, utilities, and mission‑aligned public institutions to develop and deliver bankable infrastructure projects across the Gulf region. The fund focuses on transparent procurement, disciplined risk management, and measurable outcomes aligned with national priorities.

“Our mission is to help public sponsors move priority projects from concept to commissioning—on time, on budget, and to international standards,” said the Managing Director of Gulf Infrastructure Fund. “We partner with experienced developers, EPCs, and operators to deliver resilient assets that enable growth and quality of life.”

 

Key pillars of the platform include:
