Gulf Infrastructure Fund Signals Continued Investment in GCC Infrastructure Projects
Riyadh / Dubai — The Gulf Infrastructure Fund announced that it will continue evaluating and supporting major infrastructure initiatives across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), underscoring long-term confidence in the region’s economic trajectory.
The Fund said its investment focus remains aligned with strategic infrastructure sectors including transport corridors, logistics platforms, energy infrastructure, and digital connectivity.
The GCC region has become one of the world’s most active infrastructure development markets, supported by national economic diversification programs and large-scale capital investment across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and neighboring economies.
“Despite evolving geopolitical conditions, the long-term fundamentals of Gulf economies remain strong,” the Fund said in a statement. “Infrastructure development continues to play a central role in supporting regional growth, trade connectivity, and economic diversification.”
The Gulf Infrastructure Fund said it will continue assessing opportunities across:
• ports and logistics hubs
• airports and aviation infrastructure
• power generation and energy transition
• digital and telecommunications infrastructure
• large-scale transport systems
Regional governments have announced hundreds of billions of dollars in infrastructure initiatives in recent years as part of broader economic transformation programs.
The Gulf Infrastructure Fund operates as a strategic infrastructure investment platform working with governments, public institutions, and strategic partners on infrastructure development initiatives across the Middle East.
The Fund noted that it does not solicit investments from the public and operates through direct cooperation with governments and institutional partners.
